Who knew carving out my own little place in the land of the free and the brave would be so difficult! It rarely gets me completely down, but often frustrates me to no end when I rub elbows with a control freak. Have you noticed how they have no clue they are controlling? It's like trying to convince an insane person he is insane. Unfortunately I have my own little control issues, too, so I can't just be a pot calling the kettle black. But what if I'm a teapot? I could be enamel or metallic or painted. I think I'm painted - deep inside I'm a unique, colorful, artistic and free soul. But the kettle is still black, isn't it? With that in mind, I think I'll make a little place for me to say all the things I can't say anywhere else and try to keep it as anonymous as possible (not out of regard for people - well, ok, some - but so I can maintain my freedom to say what I want).
